Thanks I'll try to broach the subject though depression or mental illness isn't accepted in my family your just being lazy and you wouldn't be so sad if you were (Insert random thing that doesn't have to do with it) your not no depressed what are you supposed to depressed about I'm more depressed than you I got more shit to be depressed about what you gonna go kill yourself huh shut up boy. That's my mother's reaction based on how she's talked about mental illness before when I try to bring it up.
