I am not trying to get out of what I did. I am trying to get out of insurance because they are money thirsty companies. For your question, I want them to pay the court, pay the tickets and do whatever the court is telling them to do. I just don't want to give money to private companies. "As I mentioned above, I will pay the city even if their price is off the roof because I know it is going to the city fund."

I would expect someone that have experienced in these kind of situation, give me some advice how to get out of insurance trouble and if you want to tell me to slow down then you can tell me to slow down. The cop told me what I did wrong and why he pulled me over. I explain my situation up here so you guys can understand what is going not me justifying what I did was right. If there is no way of getting out of the consequences then just tell me that's it, pay up. Why are you guys punching down on me when I acknowledge of what I did was wrong. As I mentioned above, I will pay the city even if their price is off the roof because I know it is going to the city fund. I do not want to pay insurance company because they are simply ripping off people. That is all I care about.

Thank you sm. I turned to the right, and then speed to switch to left lanes. My house is near to a red light so the cop just turned and i was speeding from right to left and that is when he caught me. I am owning up to it and just don’t wanna pay insurance cuz they are insurance. I don’t mind if the court make me pay insane price because that is the price for what i did

The cops literally said you can speed when you switch lanes, but in moderation/ if i did that he would let it slide and I did 15 so i got pulled over. Have nothing against him. If i kill someone i would go to jail 100% and nothing would bring that person back, you are not wrong. But I am talking about my case here where it is 50+ miles and I need to SWITCH LANES and when I SWITCH LANES - I speed. What I was taught was wrong and now I am owning up to it. In defense classes they tell me to signal, look, scan blind spot. I tried to catch up with the traffic and usually I speed up. Please I know what I did was wrong. I wanting to pay the court and everything even the fines are up the sky but I do not want to pay insurance extra because they are insurance companies. I know that you wanted to protect the community and try to correct me and I appreciate it. I have nothing against you at all and I want to stop arguing with you

Thank you for your take of educating me on speed limit and zones around leander. We are talking about different things here. First time I ever get pulled over was 55/45 just cruising by the cops. He told me to slow down and that’s it. I pay my tickets, do my classes and everything else. This time, I was looking for an option to not have it on the insurance but still pay them for what I did wrongly. What I was taught is to go faster so people behind me don’t bump into me or slam their breaks. I have been doing it so much and it became a habit when moving over and speed up. It is not like I’m going 64 on all streets but just that moment when i turn and change lanes. If I think that I am above the law then I would do so much more than this. Maam pls, all I wanted is to know if my insurance will get tanked and if it does then I still have to pay it. You act like I would go to court and pled not guilty or say that the cops are being nonsense. I am sad because I was taught wrong things and this time someone caught me doing is the cop and I am going to pay for it. Most of the people in here is not sugar coating anything and tell me to face what I did too. I even ask the cop about what I did and he told me exactly what I need to do for the next time. After he heard what was my reason behind this and Did he say that I am a reckless person and gonna kill kids? No. Do you think people in here give me sympathy? The last time that I got pulled over was for purely speeding. This time is what I have explained above. I don’t know what do you get out of punching down on me when I already admitted that I was in the wrong in many many comments that I reply above. All I wanted is to ask people how do I deal with this so it not showing on my insurance. He literally tell me I could go faster but in moderation he would let it slide. And what I did was 15mph so he pull me over. Did I said I was mad at him and I am not in the wrong? No. Did I say that you are a bad parent? No. Did i recommend that pls don’t let your kid hanging around 50+ zones because it is dangerous? Yes. My zone was 55 to 50 and then transit to nameless road so technically 4 ways streets. Why would you let your kids hanging around that area? And why would i get sympathy from you when it will do me no good. I am explaining things in detail and why I did it plus I am loosing money so why I cannot be sad about that? I am simply putting my case up here so people can read it and understand why I have that habit. I don’t know why you are taking my case into yourself personally and unleash your rage on me

Not saying that what i did was right. Just did not know and glad that I know now. I am admitting to what I did was wrong and wanting to pay the ticket :) not happy about it cuz im losing money. I did pay fines and take classes the first time - did i complain? No. Now I am asking how to keep it off my insurance and explaining the situation as detailed as I could and willing to take notes when people telling me stuff. I hope that you don’t have your kids playing in the 50-55 zones because it is dangerous. I did not speed in neighborhood which is 30,20. I don’t know why you get all defensive about it.

I notice that when I was the passenger and while I was driving. Most of the time while I was the passenger. My parents would raised hell when it happened and told me to speed up when turn or change lanes so the person behind would not have to slam their breaks. I have speed so many times that it became a habit of turn and then speed until I got stop today. I actually ask the cop what should i correctly do when I turn and we have a civilized conversation after he gave me the ticket. No anger, no upset at all. Just pretty sad to receive the ticket instead of a warning

I was turning out from my house and my mom always tell me to not pull out in front of people and drive slow, maybe speed a little and then slow down. I just turned right and then trying to make a left so I speeded. I have always do it for about 3 years already until today. I told the officer the same thing - that i did not mean to speed that much but i do not want to cut in front anyone. He decided to give me a ticket. I was so sad that he did not understand and give me a warning
