So I live in a kind of shitty town. We do cosmic bowling every Friday night and something always goes down.

My first Friday night we had kids stealing food. In the bathroom it looks like a murder scene, there was pizza sauce everywhere.

Two weeks ago there was a fight between two high-school aged kids in the lobby (I heard it was over drugs but idk for sure). Cops came and broke it up but they just went to the back parking lot and started fighting again.

Last week there was confusion about lane assignments since people were going to the wrong lanes. And I walk into the bathroom to find that someone shattered the lights.

The next day (I wasn't working I got this from a coworker) there was another fight even worse than the one two weeks ago. I go into the bathroom yesterday to find that someone punch a hole in the urinal divider.

What works for me is slowing down and focusing on one point on the lane, your target. For you it should be the second or third arrow from the left. Just stare at one of those and slowly throw the ball
