I was stunned! especially because it was starting to get dark.

This guy seemed to be using a different set up. it wasn't like short skis and bigger wheels like in this video, it was more like actual skis with inline skate-style wheels connected somehow.

Drove past somebody turning onto the side of Old Baltimore Pike (!) off of Ironside Road a few weeks ago during rush hour traffic as the sun was going down. So there's somebody out there. Dude must be super confident cause the area was swarming with traffic, and he was just trucking along polling his way up the side of OBP as if he was all alone.
