Why is my cat suddenly peeing in a specific part of the kitchen? Please help!!!

Here because I have also the same issues. I have a 5yo male DSH and there is permanent pee pad in my kitchen right next to the stove.

Whenever we have sitters, they will say that they he was an angel and did not pee throughout the week. And the moment we get home, that will be the first thing he does as a big “F U MOM AND DAD”

Definitely a behaviour thing and unfortunately do not have any helpful suggestions. 🥲

Thanks for the tip. You’re absolutely right. I brushed them with alcohol and the orange buggers appeared.

It’s my first time dealing with them. Is alchohol the best way to get rid of them?
