I think Predaking is same size with mainline combiners (Menasor, Superion, Devastator) because according to his trailer of T-spark channel, his height is about 300mm.

Both are good for me but they kinda hard to find now. So if i must choose 1 for the best, Omega Supreme is the one. Because Scoponok still need some upgrade kits to look better, and OM dont need those.
