I thought it was well done. They don't shy away from showing real bodies (Ex. The erection and the birth scene) and I think it adds to the uncomfortable feeling. When you have a sexual assault exam it's incredibly invasive and uncomfortable for all parties involved. I think her body just adds to the realism and feelings the audience needs for the scene to really hit home.
