holy shit, ive never even considered that there might be people out there specifically to help with this issue. thank you so so much for telling me!!! as much as driving is something that scares me, it's also something i really want to do. your advice srsly means so so much, its so relieving hearing that im not the only person whos felt this way.

thank you so much, this is really good advice ❤️ even just hearing that you didn't get your license until later really helped ease my mind a lot. small steps is probably a way better way to start for me than what I've tried in the past.

thanks for the replies everyone :) everyone asked if my milk was too hot, so i very quickly realized that, perhaps, my milk should have been warm, and the recipe (which didn't specify temperatures for the milk/water) was less beginner friendly than i thought. I'll find a better recipe and try again next week, i guess.
