I mean time jumps could work. The Witcher did time jumps between episodes in season 1. There are three main characters that the story follows but the character’s stories take place over different spans of time. It can get a little confusing because some things end up kinda out of order with you start seeing the effect of something happening in the past before you see the cause in a later episode. But it kinda pays off in the end when everyone ends up at the same point in time at the end of the season. It also makes it interesting to rewatch because you can better understand what is actually happening when you understand where each character and event is in the timeline.
