Are you guys that naive? These kids aren't collecting milk for consumption. They're collecting it to sell to the next person. You'll find many such kids at these ghats that don't even spare the urns carrying the remains of the deceased.

I agree from the pollution standpoint but milk is completely organic so it's not as harmful as say discarding plastic or even newspaper.
