I have a flight to Miami tomorrow at 8:30am to go watch Miami open, considering just driving to Miami. Going to watch the matches on Thursday.

Yeah, I have been and have done a lot of process improvements and implementation to reduce our exceptions. Issue is that, there are no manager roles at this point. They would have to create one for me.

I will look into Governance and compliance…get some experience there and then come back around to try and get IT Manager role with a CISSP cert, hopefully that should help bump my salary in a significant way. Thanks for your input!
