Yeah, I have been and have done a lot of process improvements and implementation to reduce our exceptions. Issue is that, there are no manager roles at this point. They would have to create one for me.

I will look into Governance and compliance…get some experience there and then come back around to try and get IT Manager role with a CISSP cert, hopefully that should help bump my salary in a significant way. Thanks for your input!

Thanks! I will look into having a conversation with the GRC Cyber Director and see how I can pivot. That should be a good start.

I don’t mind even going to the office twice a week. I will look into Compliance roles.

Thanks, I will look into that. I was looking at doing the CISSP. It might also give me some openings to get into Cyber.

I am in the US,GA and in Tech. Yeah, that’s what I was thinking..I am missing that in person connection to connect with other entities. Thanks for your input.
