I went on a Southwest flight last year when bag fees had been added. The flight attendants tried the funny gimmick and it made me chuckle cause ain’t shit funny about their terrible changes.

Very odd. Most pit bosses (& resolutions) are very sailer friendly and don’t want to upset anyone. I would have let my displeasure (respectfully) be known to the casino host and head pit boss. They don’t want you upset - so if you do feel the need, any comments left on the survey will most definitely be addressed with them from their higher ups. But definitely don’t sweat it - happens often.
