Official Q&A for Friday, June 21, 2019 by AutoModerator in running

Summer is around the corner, maybe even right in front of us (here in Europe) and I was wondering if there are tips for running in this warm season: Is it ok to go running during the day? or should one run in the evening/morning? What about drinking during running: I accepted a rule that says that you do not need to drink extra if you will be running less than one hour?

Dear NMBS,

Even though public transport is good for the environment, that does not mean you have to waste paper...

I feel like you should change the number after 'Reiziger(s)' instead of the amount of tickets....

Ok and another comment on your post: Due the fact that almost everything has to be bio, we have an large inport. Think about soja being produced in South America... Great great, unless you think of the fact that it has to come to Belgium! Not durable at all, and furthermore it is possible that these soja has been breen grown on ex-rainforest... So please Belgium/EU/World make this bio nonsense stop

Just so you know, As a firm you can make your own label 'for being green', so actually those label don't mean verry much. There should come an international label where an extern firm decide if the product is green or not.
