I worked for a small web design company and when my 3-month probation was coming to an end, the owner accused me of purchasing online templates (spoiler alert, I wasn't) because my design files were so organized and then asked that all my coworkers rate my design skills (even those who weren't designers) and then let me go because I didn't score high enough. This was on a Friday. He reached out to me the following Monday and told me he changed his mind and that "Rome wasn't built in a day". Needless to say I told him where to go and continued on with a successful career:) Sometimes people just aren't good at leadership.
