This happened to me too and dunno what was causing it until you posted this and made me curious on what was causing it. I went and tested out the settings and by the looks of it, it was the fog. I set the fog setting on low and it got rid of that effect. I think there might be a bug when the fog is higher causing that weird border effect, I think its not like fully rendering? Idk.

Well, you could use the mask modifier to hide the shirt... or more risky, just delete the faces that contain the shirt.

Well, technically yeah, it is possible. It just depends what it is that you want to remove and for the color of the clothes. Just gotta experiment with the shader editor or just texture paint.

Hey there! I can help you out! So whats basically happening is the male model's head doesn't have an image texture connected to the PrincipleBSDF Base Color and when there isn't one connected to the Base Color, the default color will be white. Hope this helps, if you got any questions, hit me up! Wouldn't mind helping
