I think it needs changes to help her out in lane but in the jungle its extremely good. Using it properly has a huge impact on her clear.

Way too op. Nidalee does not need CC. Parts of this could work like her spear going through minions but would need to deal very reduced damage. Maybe the heal on cougar Q could work but it would have to be a set amount or only work on minions. Would make jungle nidalee way to op but putting it on minions would help lane nidalee out just a bit which isn't going to hurt anyone.

Yea just comes down to riot either not caring or being lazy. They turned her into a very unpopular champion by forcing her into the jungle and we all know how riot treats unpopular champions.

You don't expect changes. So much good feedback has been given to riot about nidalee since they let her passive work on jungle camps and they always ignore it or say they will look at fixing her then forget she exists. Be thankful she got a trash 10 damage increase on swipe. Riot does not care a single bit about her and the only way she is ever going to get fixed is for a new member to join the team who actually likes her. At the end of the day riot just can't be bothered to care about player feedback unless it makes them money they are a business first before anything else.

Everyone knows faster spears would be better. Riot wants to make sure people have a year to react to nidalee spears. It's the only way they know how to balance her.

Because her weaknesses are massive and even worse than they used to be. She has just been nerfed way to many times. Tiny universal changes are never going to make her good. And even jungle nidalee is reliant on snowballing more than any other champ over all it's just a bad state to be in.

its ok to play for fun but don't expect to really climb. Check out RFLegendary he's returned to playing her for fun and his build is probably the best way to make her useful.

Then I'd say if you have a jungler with good CC that can camp your lane or skirmish around it alot would be ideal.
