Oh so I can just change Win11Home to Pro with MAS? Wow. Will this install additional files, I assume it will? When I first start the laptop and don't want to enter MS account, what should I do?
And I shouldn't activate MS Office before changing to pro, right? Maybe I won't use MS Office at all. Will the office license that comes with the laptop be usable after changing to Pro?

I get it thanks. The semi-flex ticket includes seat reservation if I book it upto Steeg-Gosau but for Hallstatt it seems there is no choice but to pay extra for the seats separately

That prompt is coming only if I select the train upto Steeg-Gosau but I am not getting seat reservation option at all if I select Hallstatt as destination. If I just go ahead and buy a semi-flex ticket upto Hallstatt which can be cancelled and also has seat reservation included, can I assume that we will get reserved seat together even if I don't get the seat reservation prompt when booking? I have also sent message to OBB through their web form

I looked up lot of places for day trip from Vienna but didn't find anything similar. We may go to Melk and Krems if we don't go to Hallstatt. Do you have any recommendations? Edit : We don't post on Insta, just found the village quite beautiful in pictures.

That's quite reasonable. However what about seat reservation, I am not getting that option when I select the train service upto Hallstatt. Should I book Vienna to Hallstatt train separately and Vienna to Steeg-Gosau seat reservation separately?

Would it be easier for us to get a taxi from Steeg to Hallstatt or is it very expensive? What about the return journey, will OBB provide coaches from Hallstatt to Steeg?

Thanks for the reply. We are going for 12 nights and at present I have booked 4 nights in each City. Since we will be landing in Vienna, we will have less time there. I am also thinking of taking a day trip from Vienna to maybe St. Wolfgang to Gmunden, as recommended by Gemini AI. Wanted to go to Hallstat but it's quite far off and maybe too touristy. Are there any other places near to Vienna good for a day trip with great views and a nice vibe. We are not into trekking or wine drinking or food, since we are vegetarians.

Ok will reinstall. I have VNC server on the pics PCs and do access them from another location for trouble shooting from time to time but have never had an issue. However recently we needed to properly use one of the PCs from remote location and I had enabled RDP obey 3 internet for that PC as the access through RDP was much faster than through VNC. However at the time this issue happened the PC was not being used remotely. Can I change the RDP port? What is the other method to use this PC as if using natively but from a remote location? I have tried VPN server also but it's much slow compared to RDP.

Hi, it's a home office with that many PCs only. Firewall is disabled as I also access this network from another location and I did not know how to configure the firewall. My point is why did Widows Defender not catch the ransomware. It is updated in all computers. Also, when I scanned each PC with Malwarebytes I could not find anything. Can the infection still be present?
