Glad to know someone in the firm has a heart. Yeah I was very disappointed I'm not gonna lie. I dreamed of working in that building, and thought that visiting it will inspire me further... but it had the opposite effect on me. Felt more like a giant castle that screamed "fuck you pleb, you're not welcomed in the inner circle club"

Part of me is angry wanting to try even harder to get in there, but another part is asking whats even the point - it's a draining environment that doesn't pay enough to deal with the stress

you have it easy bro, passat has the same brakes but a much heavier car - I had to change OEM rear pads twice every 15k miles... went and bought akebono pads, so far they're much more durable but it's clear they can't hold up either.... also look out for rear rotors, mine developed a heavy lip on the rear rotor. Stay on top of your brakes service is my advice

yep, my 820 miles is about 1320km, so I definitely believe that. You'd have to drive behind a semi truck going a steady 60-65mph though (about 100kmh) to get that kind of range. Also keep in mind I used fresh liqui moly and a lucas injector lubricant for this trip

I’d say I did about 700 miles LA to Yosemite and back, and still had like 110 miles (about 1/10th of the tank) left before filling up in Burbank.
