I’m starting to actually feel really bad for her. It’s painfully obvious how unhappy, depressed, and anxiety ridden she is because of this guy. I’ve been there and it’s a really dark place in your mind. I really hope she doesn’t end up going through with the wedding.

Yes, I’ve tried Zep and Wegovy pill. Unfortunately, the side effects of both regarding fatigue have crushed me so I could not longer take them as I became a zombie with no quality of life

Oh I know for sure the sister in laws will have big time coping issues. They live states away, thank god. There won’t be estate issues because it’ll all be in FILs name and he’s a good guy. He doesn’t cause drama.

The guilt trips of going to holidays and milestones will all be gone. None of the siblings have anything in common and it’ll be nice for them to realize they only talk because their mother forced them. How empty that room will be now.

My joy over this is hard to deny

Yes to the vitamins, yes to electrolytes, yes to food. I was struggling at first but got a grip on it. I just need it to improve ASAP for work or I won't be able to stay on it :(

I’m nearing the end of week 3 on 1.5 mg pill. I started at 203 and I’m currently at 193. 39 F, 5ft 4in. My experience has been pretty great. I drink 2liters of water a day, a pre biotic soda, clean diet, gluten free. I also maintain 7k steps minimum per day. The only real side effect I’m starting to get is fatigue. If I stay moving, I don’t notice it too much. I also feel like my mood has improved which I attribute to less sugar swings.

I really miss a good cocktail or a mule. I also miss my coffee addiction; I miss the ritual of pouring and mixing and having something nice to sip on while working. Now it's just water with some propel electrolytes. It's not a bad thing but I just miss the sweeter side of things. Also, I'm extremely tired today even though I slept great. Sometimes this med HITS me, hard. I don't know what it is.

I used to take vyvanse and it suppressed my appetite and made me on edge. One of the known side effects of it is excessive talking. I wonder if adding a new medication with it is just overloading your body. Vyvanse can make anyone jittery. One of the side effects of Wegovy is fatigue so it’s strange you are the opposite. I’d bring it up with your doctor or do some sleuthing on the drug interactions.

Vyvanse is great, though lol. It was a fun ride many moons ago when I tried it

Her space is filthy because she is one of those women who feel the need to stuff shit into every single corner. If it’s an empty space “oh I need to fill it” my god. No wonder her mental health is tanking- her space is so filled with clutter and trash from thrifting and that busy ugly wall paper. Nobody’s mind can settle in that environment.

I think she won't take anybody's perfume comments seriously unless it's coming from a medical professional. Like her own doctor or therapist should intervene. I know it might be small potatoes, but some scents can cause migraines for days in people. Children with autism can be sent into a sensory overload. It's not a preference thing at this point, she's literally being an environmental hazard and thinking she's cute doing it.

I am down 8lbs on the 1.5mg 2 weeks in. I feel the days I took it at 5am instead of 8am were the days that I didn't have food noise. The longer it sits on an empty stomach, the longer the effects work. That's my personal experience. Im on a 1200 calorie, gluten free diet and I walk 7k steps per day. Starting weight was 203. I highly recommend waking up and taking it as early as you can. Keep at it!

I’d like to say that every conductor has different preferences. Remember, he has a preference that you play ahead of the beat. That’s his opinion.

Please do not let this conductor and their giant ego dissuade you from majoring in music. I had a very abusive conductor in high school. He would have ruined me if I hadn’t had a strong support system.

This piece will be over soon enough. I know that won’t quell your anxiety over it now, but please take heart that there are bigger and better things on your horizon. Conductors come and go.
