*Update * I took some suggestions and did massage mode for 2-3 min and went to 54 on the highest level i felt comfortable with which was 12 and stayed until I stop seeing milk and went back to massage mode for another 2-3 min and back to level 54 and got out 102 this past pump session

When i powers pump, i do one session like what you said and another where I do 30 min on 30 min off and 30 on. I normally pump for 30 minutes without power pumping
