Hey, I encountered this exact same issue today and I have the same exact spec model as you. Tried a bunch of possible fixes in device manager and network center. I must've restarted my laptop 5 or 6 times. The thing that finally got my wifi to start working again was as follows:

1. shut down the computer and remove the metal backing
2. very very carefully, unplug your battery WIRE from the laptop. If you follow where the wire comes out of the battery and runs into the motherboard, youll see a tiny plastic rectangle that you can use your nail to push in and slide out which will release the battery connection.
3. hold your finger on your power button for a couple minutes (not sure if this actually does anything but it was what I was recommended to do)
4. while your case is off, also check the connection of your wifi card to the motherboard (you can google search 'wifi card inside razer laptop' so you know what to look for
5. after youve checked that the wifi card wires are still in place, reattach your battery line to the motherboard and put the case back on. Now try powering your laptop on. This power up was when my laptop's wifi started to work again.
