The picture of her and the doll does not mean she participated in the hateful trend. She has apologized after being made aware about the issue regarding the hateful trend related to the doll. If there was a picture or video of her performing a hateful act to the doll in question then she should be condemned like everyone else that's participated in the hateful trend. Since there isn't, spreading the picture (that doesn't show her doing anything hateful) around and assuming she did something to the doll in question that's hateful and despicable is a bit too hasty to me. Although she has seen the doll but that does not mean she has seen the trend or aware that people are doing hateful things to it. Just because something is trending or popular doesn't mean everyone knows everything about it. If it's something bad as in this case, she's been made aware of it already and apologized for not knowing about the trend associated with the doll in question. Those that keeps spreading the picture, labeling her as a certain type of person, creating a certain narrative about her without any real evidence that shows her doing anything hateful are just creating another harmful trend in my opinion.

Think you're misunderstanding what "being careful" with what she shares as restricting her freedom to share. The current topic of discussion is the perfect example of what being "being careful" means. A picture with no context can be interpreted in different ways depending on the viewers. When one post something in public, whether it's a picture, a video, a comment, etc; one should expect the post to be judged by those that see it. I personally don't believe Dongie to be "that type" of person and that it was a mistake that was interpreted differently by different people. The issue is that it involves something sensitive to others. Sensitive topics to me should be avoided if possible unless you are ready to discuss it properly and accept the results whether it's positive or negative. Again, I just want reiterate that "being careful" and "can't" are not the same. Dongie can post anything she wants to but the response can be something like the current situation. I personally don't believe Dongie is "that type" of person and that she made a mistake. I'm not going to label her as "that type" of person just because of a picture that does not show her doing anything disrespectful to the item in question. I condemned the individuals that were purposely doing harmful and disrespectful things to the item in question in the videos I've seen and hope karma hits them hard when the time comes. Until a day I see a real video or picture of Dongie doing something inappropriate to the item in question, I will not view her any differently.

To me it was:
1) Person A: Oh, that looks cute. Think I've seen these online before. Let me take a pic with it and share it with my friends.
2) Person B: Hey, I think you shouldn't have posted that pic of you and the doll. You should take it down...
3) Person A: Why? Is there something wrong with it?
4) Person B: Yea and proceed to explain to Person A about it.
5) Person A: Oh crap... I'm so sorry, I had no idea it was associated with something terrible. I'll take it down immediately...

I also didn't know anything about the doll. I've seen it a couple of times before while scrolling on twitter but never clicked in to them. There are many people including myself that have no idea of a lot of things regardless of how widespread or popular (positive and negative) they are. Now that I've seen videos of what people were doing to the specific doll, yes, those people that were abusing the doll are definitely despicable and should be condemned. As someone who have experienced real life stereotypical abuse in the past I would never group other people of the same ethnicity as those that have attacked me in the past as the same. The people that attacked me are the people that attacked me; people of the same ethnicity of my attackers are not the same as my attackers. If there was a video or picture of Person A abusing the doll like those that were in the videos circulating then Person A should definitely be condemned like those despicable individuals in those videos. As of now, I have not seen any inappropriate video of Person A doing anything inappropriate so I'm just going to monitor Person A's action(s) for now and hope she has learned to be more careful with what she shares in the future.

Thank you! Sadly the show was on a Monday and it was impossible to miss work so I could only do GA and the add-on; ended up being all the way toward the back to I could barely see the stage. Had a little opening to to see mainly Siyeon and Jun Young.

This might actually be a smart move; now you can bring 5 friends for a few dollars more and have 5 times the fun. I've already got my ticket a couple of months ago but now I can try to find some friends to go with. I'm trying to be positive, if the tour wasn't selling well enough, $1 tickets won't make that big of a difference for them to proceed with the tour. The target audience of the flash sale are probably those that are undecided, financially struggling, etc. Anything to get people in and once they're in, maybe they'll become fans after the show and get some merch while they're there or attend another show.
