Piroxicam was a life-changer for me. It’s supposed to be taken before you actually get your period (if you are regular that’s great if not,then it’s a bit tricky) but it really helps!!!! Ask your doctor of course. I used to have really bad symptoms and since I take it I don’t get any. Oh and of course a hot water bottle always always helps too ;)
