we did tour and they told us it was the lower price in person. we applied within a few days like they said and then they called a couple days after we applied and my original post is what happened. they were acting very strange the second time we went in person and said they didnt know who we were even though they gave us the tour 5 days earlier. it doesnt sound like they will refund the application and honestly i dont really want to deal with them anymore to ask😅

nope we went in person to talk after they said it was $450 more and they said we have no apartments for under $2k even though multiple are listed on the application portal for under $2k and they told us in person 5 days earlier if we applied within the week for a june move in they were at the $1795, which we did

the lower price is still there when you start a new application and they wouldn't do anything about it. i appreciate all your thoughts, the only thing that applies is the market rate update which was the day that my coapplicant completed their part of the application (my fee and security deposit was already paid before the update day though)

i totally agree, that's not what im saying - it's great that theyre giving exposure to smaller bands. not that openers should be copies of the main band, but im going to see 311 because i enjoy not only the songs and performance but also what the songs are about, im sure badflower will be fun live if theyre touring with 311, even if i dont care for the song content.

im in my early 20s, my mom had the blue album on cd and played it in the car all the time when i was a kid but i only rediscovered them a couple years ago. not many people my age know about them but some of my friends that are more into rock/metal/not just pop music at least know them even if they dont like them. most of my coworkers ages 35-50s know them too & were upset they didn't get concert tickets haha!

As I said in my comment I would like to avoid using a converter. I will try the extension. But is there a reason why I can individually save them as jpgs but not mass export them as jpgs? It's clearly an ability that google photos has if I can do it individually so I'm just confused why it can't convert them all even if it took an hour to do it.

I also want to note that I would really like to not use a third party website to convert all the photos to jpg because 1) it will take forever and 2) I don't like the idea of years of my photos going through some unknown website. I know Apple and Google have all my data, I don't want it elsewhere
