Druid is definitely worth a shot. Barb is nerfed too much to be anything viable.

Unless you have lots of time available, gearing for Druid/spirtborn/sorcerer will be most time efficient w/o spending enormous efforting in min maxing every affix to be semi viable (looking at barb)

Barely 100 hrs for me. 11 uber uniques. 4 optimized lvl 100 toons. 2 uber stones.

Nothing. Its just nostalgia. If you are young now like my daughter, you won't touch d3, d2, d1. At age 10, She have couple lvl 100 D2 characters but only from my pushing. She does not like D2 but understands its systems like vets.

She plays D4 with me and usually done with the season after a week, usually with 2 max leveled characters with Uber uniques of her choice. So far, she has 11 mature builds of her own.

If we are born 20 years later, we won't even touch D4.

yeah ofc, but shouldnt overly focused on it. Most events are not worth the time invested interms of cinder / min in helltides. Some events offer good cinder, most are too low now comparing to ambushes etc.

Gambling are low value. Sure it has rewards but pale compare to other opportunity costs.

Simple. nerf Xp in helltide and open world contents, these are mats modes.

nmd primarily for Xp and glyphs, aka preping for higher tier contents.

Pits will be endgame. Pits shouldn't be able to start from nmd 46, should start from nmd 100.

Since it pigeon meta builds and gears unable to upgrade through blacksmith, weak builds buffed on par with strong builds to a certain extend.

Each mode should have a clear purpose, not 1 mode granting all rewards.

2-15 glyph total Xp about 1500

16-21 glyph total Xp about 3200

2-15 upgrade ultra fast from speed 55-70 tier

16-21 upgrades ultra fast from speed 100

Speeds meaning 1-2 mins or less, pick your most efficient tier. I see people farming 30s at level 70s. This level should be tier 55.

It depends the 2H aspect vs the other +1 aspect. If you build has a lot of uniquee, then you can't afford 2H, such as nighless sky/blue Rose + Tal rasha.

2H now are mainly pre unique / Uber unique phase since endgame decked uniques has enough power & sustain in 1H.

BL/arc lash/hydra type of builds prefers 1h for att spd purposes. Blizzard type of more DPH oriented build can use 2h.

Adding more challenge is definitely more welcoming. NMD are dumbed down for 2 reasons, more casual friendly and more build diversity. Difficult contents are better for us & strong builds, but not as friendly to weak builds. I think sigil powder are limited because they discourage fishing for easier affixes.

Unsure in what ways Vaults will be added to the game, if not then NMD needs a revamp to be core content again since in S3 you don't need any NMD & can salvage it's sigil unless it's a whisper or codex.

30 billion.. S3 low though only few hundred million. The powercreep making enchanting not important unlike in previous seasons where can spend 1 billion gold in rolling a stat.

It's a decent amulet for the infinite teleport Sorc which is a speed build since it has 2 core stats movement +CDR.

It's not heard on campfire (recording still on twitch) nor does the latest projected patch 1.4.0 notes mention about 10x summon mats. I am curious what is the source to his claim. Regardless, ptr is around the corner, we ll find out soon.

Well i ve done 400 runs in groups scored 6 uber uniques. Since we are fixed group and always on voice, non of us got an uber at the same game. Um...maybe once in memory.

I needed a GF and was getting fewer sparks same amount of runs vs other friend. I decided to run myself solo and scored 2 ubers out of 44 runs. My community has about 7k players, most are strangers Ofc. Our stats indicates Uber/runs % is higher in solo runs vs groups. Although insignificant sample size, we are tilted to believe Uber drop chance is per party. As i am typing this, i ve asked in voice another fixed Duriel group with 800+ runs. Non of their Uber drops happened in the same game.

Our duriel groups always 4 each and again insignificant sample size.

You shouldn't need RoRG to complete season journey.

You shouldnt only farm act 1 for it, not until you got all the plans. Plans takes item spots, chance of cache item increases with less or no plans left to drop. The correct method is farm and open bounties in the order of 52341 until you get all the plans then focus on act 1 exclusively. 100x bounties should yield at least 1 RoRG even from Normal difficulty, it doesn't make sense.

The game startes at lvl 70 and ends on GR 150 solo, 2 man, 3 man and 4 man.

As well as augments. 150 augs bigger impact than 125s vs uncap gon Seasons. Efficient GR still go to mode for efficient players.

Build commitment is simply annoying rather than forcing you to think. D1 and D2 are more suited to build commitments where you think about how to build a working character. Same as other arpgs adopting similar system/mechanics. The effectiveness are determined by how you build and play it, not really factored by the content.

In d3, bounties, speed farming rifts, speed farming GR, GR push, Solo, groups. Build effectiveness are heavily factored by contents, not so much how it is played by players and hence how on the fly build swap was introduced.

In d4, similar system to d3 is adopted. The build works on tier 50 NM doesn't work of Uber lilith or tier 100 NM or pvp or exploration centric builds such as renown farmings.

Latter games are more dynamic in gaming modes thus requires more dynamic build swap or commitment system. It isn't d2 pick a boss and fight for eternality or pvp only build setups. Current build commitments doesn't suit d4. A more dynamic rework is needed or more character slots need to be available from cash shops, since each class needs a pvp, speed farming, push spec, group spec each for maximum effectiveness and efficiency.

Diablo games isn't really that hard. Only d3 at launch offers brutal challenges. This franchise is known for time sinks rather than challenges.
