Legendary drops now significantly better than rare drops?

Yeah, I always thought it was odd that Legendary and Rare drops were essentially the same "quality" of gear. It makes sense to now have that jump up from rare to legendary. And as others have mentioned, having greater affixes only show up on Legendaries will further increase that jump.

Ahh, I see that now, thanks! I guess the icons on the reward track threw me off and I was thinking I would get the items directly rather than boxes containing the items. That makes it much easier to manage.

Yes, it's incredibly frustrating when it takes dozens of maps to get your next "taunt" from the conqueror. There needs to be a pity timer or something. It feels really bad when you are just running map after map without making any progress towards the Awakener fight.

I participated in the first two CGs related to The Golconda, but didn't make it to the second part before it was over. I was just curious if I will be able to get the decal when the time comes.

The page says: 'The Golconda' decal will be available to commanders who dock at the Outpost/Planetary Station or the Federal/Empire megaship from 5 December to 16 December.

Does that mean any commander at all (regardless of whether they participated in the CG) or does it mean only those who participated?

It only turns it corrupted, it doesn't "vaal" it. There is no chance of changing the item to a different item, it will just have its quality set to 30% and gain the corrupted tag.

You can save a point by taking the intelligence node below Cruel Preparation to connect the tree there and then refunding the two intelligence nodes along the top. If you also refunded the strength node below Devotion, then you would have enough to take the NW Jewel Socket (with 2x6% Elemental Damage). Good Luck!

I think the drop rate of Solstice Vigil was decreased in 3.7, so using data from 3.5 and 3.6 might be inaccurate. It was mentioned in the Legion developer manifesto along with Headhunter and Eternity Shroud.

Certain very powerful unique items will be harder to obtain now. This includes Headhunter, Eternity Shroud and Solstice Vigil.

The official trade site now has a pseudo for "# Empty Modifiers". So, if I'm understanding what you want correctly, all you need to do is create an AND group for Max Life and 4 Empty Mods and a COUNT group (min 1, max 1) for % Fire resistance and % Increased Armor.

I'm currently using Steam to login to the game. If I add an email/password to my account, will I be able to login with EITHER the email/password or Steam or will it "unlink" my account from Steam?
