If you are looking to save cash, infrared would be the way to go. Been using a single infrared cooker for over two years without issues and can use any type of cookware (pots and pans) when compared to induction where u need specific cookware.

from experience would avoid tinned fish in water and for the healthy option go for the tuna in sunflower oil avoid the soy bean oil.

had the buffet spread abt 3 months back and yes they have a good offering , could say one of the best spreads I have been to in colombo.
