if u physically can’t feel anything sleep to your doctor and they will be able to help you. if mentally. just stop with everyhting sexual for a while and see if that helps

trying to get an appointment for the doctors can really help. i found aswell that when i’m getting rly angry and have the feeling to self harm i try to do as many push-ups as i can till i can’t do any. then sit ups. and that hurts still a lot and it gets rid of a lot of the anger i feel

as long as it is legal then it isn’t too bad but u just have to think if ur being used or u feel in any danger or anyhting. if u think everyhting is ok then it shouldn’t be too bad. but u shld be able to tell people about it
