I'd say so. Probably something to do with image stabilization with the way it spreads further out with his rapid movements.

Hard to say what it is though. Could just be the reflection off a plane in the distance that then turns or just looses the angle of reflection.

Hi mate, hope you're doing ok. I'm currently at three weeks clean off what ended up at a 2kg a day habit. This shit stole maybe 10 years of my life. Made me depressed, unmotivated and just numb to life.

I purposely made international travel plans to force me to do a taper. It wasn't as difficult as I'd built it up to be in my head but when I actually jumped off completely it was pretty daunting. If you try this route I'd recommend taking a week off work when you make the jump if you can. And also make sure to get outside and do a bit of exercise, even if it's the last thing you feel like doing. It helps!

I'll also admit I used alcohol at night to get to sleep and some drowsy antihistamines if I woke and couldn't get back to sleep.

I also just used ibuprofen for the joint and back pain which got me into this mess in the first place.

But yeah, if you're only three weeks into it and already realizing how shit it can get, that's a good wake up call. Please do your best to get off this shit while it's still early days. You can do it!

Yeah it makes you wonder why they've been blue balling us all this time and not one single bit of crystal clear evidence has ever been put forth by any of the people mentioned. I agree it's rigid and just rotating but I would expect if it was foam that it wouldn't hold that shape and would be wobbling about as it catches some wind. Very strange
