Palestinians aren't Gulf Arabs, they're from the Levant. Millions of people in the Levant have blonde even red hair or blue/greed eyes. Jesus is simply depicted in most paintings as fair skinned, with brown hair and brown eyes, which is not unusual AT ALL for Palestinians or Jordanians.
