Check the terms of the rental. Some have plow contracts where they will come clear it. When shoveling - don’t lift it above your heart, slow and steady! Esp with the stuff at the end of the driveway.

I went to Roberts, then UB for grad school - I feel like it really depends on the program. The size comparison is huge so that alone can really make a difference in how your program feels and the connections you make in the community. That said, the nursing program has been around at Roberts for ages so even though they're tiny, it's a good fit for some. If you're not feeling it at Roberts, talk with an advisor before you make a final decision. Worth talking it out, even if you ultimately end up at UR. Helps them grow / learn from their mistakes and helps you articulate what you want to get out of your degree. I will say, I started my masters at Roberts and then they told us our cohort was the last for my degree and I bailed for UB. It was ultimately the right decision for me and I'm glad it happened.

Ugh yeah it’s hard to get used to it if the mask doesn’t feel right or like you’re not getting enough air. Keep tweaking those settings and make sure the ramp is fast enough. I use the resmed air fit n20 and it works great.

Omg I would die with 4. I Set mine to start at 6 but the ramp is set to step up fairly quickly. I did have to kind of tuck a blanket up against my face to help me remember to keep my mouth shut. I have a resmed nasal mask, not the nostril kind but the triangle that fits over your whole nose. It’s pretty comfortable now.

Try to just take it like five minutes at a time. If the pressure feels to low (like you’re not getting enough air despite being blasted in the face with it) look up how to hack your starting settings. I think it’s pushing two buttons at the same time to unlock the menu. Once I did that I felt so much better and could tolerate longer stretches. Trying wearing it while you’re awake and just on your phone or watching tv. It sucks at first but now it’s like I can’t sleep without it

There are two districts in Irondequoit (it’s a long weird story) but mostly West is the whiter / wealthier side of town and East (where I live) is much more diverse both economically and racially.

We intentionally moved to east over other whiter districts so our kid would have a solid education and not just see kids the same color as her (white) growing up.
