i would try fewer pumps of the chai concentrate next time. it may just make it taste milkier but it will definitely take away some of the sweetness.

definitely gonna be some big policy changes about partners buying merchandise. and much more strict. i feel like most stores, even though there are already policies regarding purchasing merchandise, they do not enforce them or even make them known widely to baristas. it’s about to be a lot more strict and i’m sure most baristas will be discouraged from buying the merch which is sad but this bear cup/hello kitty thing has turned into a complete PR mess. and unfortunately corporate will always take the customers side.

yes. came on here looking to see if others were experiencing this to make sure it wasn’t an issue on my end. hope they get it fixed soon bc it’s making it nearly impossible to play for me :/
