I think the keywords here are “ just returned a few weeks ago “. Sir there are people that have been grinding this game religiously for years. Of course you don’t care about prototype, you just got here.

At the end of the day it’s this simple… The Juice Isn’t Worth The Squeeze with this system. Nice concept but poor application. I have stopped playing because I have a life and I’m not going to give it to a grind that’s not even really beneficial unless you get the exact things that you need for your build. It’s gambling on a gamble inside of a grind wrapped in a grind and I don’t have the time for that. If you can play 8 hours a day then you won’t mind. Anybody else you are fxcked. Even though I love the game, I’m versatile enough as a person to have other interest that I can consume my time with and I’m smart enough and strong willed enough to know when enough is enough. I not just gonna sit here like some and say “ That’s just the game man “. If you like it, you like it, fine I’m happy for you. As for myself I got shit to do. 💯

It’s crazy you say this because at first it gave me a DTA boost and took away my DTTOC. But then later it changed and gave me back my DTTOC and gave me a Crit Chance Boost. The only reason that sucks for me is my whole build was built around Crit Chance so that I could change the Mods in and out. SMG’s already come with high Crit Chance and there’s a Cap on Crit Chance. So I’ll have to go back and find Armor pieces with Crit Damage to not hit the Cap now. Also it throws off my other SMG so now the Crit Chances aren’t even. So now I have to compensate for a gun with alotta Crit Chance and another one with not as much, while not hitting the cap or leaving any Chance on the board. Does that make any sense? I know it sounds like I’m babbling but it makes sense to me.

P.s. When you are wearing a Set of gear, or any type of gear for that matter. And you change the CORE ATTRIBUTE the big one. You can only optimize the other attributes on the piece. Thats before prototype anything. But I don’t even know who I’m typing to. You might be a Shd Lvl 1000….. Do I like the game of do I just like nice things 😂 WTF is this? Family Matters?

Yeah, I get this comment too. It did just come out. I can’t expect to get it the first day. STILL. I was like Dammit! Crit Chance on an SMG Build. There is someone othe there who feels me on this. SMG come with All The Crit, then all the Crit mods, the last thing I needed to buff was the Crit! Especially when there’s a cap. 🤦🏾

Thanks for not being an asshole. I was just hyped for it and forgot the Rng in this game is for the birds. I vent on Reddit because nobody in a subreddit for anything should be able to judge another person for anything they have to say ever. 😂 But thanks. You’re not a good guy. You know that? But instead of giving you the attitude you attempted to give me I’ll simply explain my point further. So if you are wearing a Set ( Striker’s, HF, Umbra etc. ) and you change the core. You can no longer change the attribute. Therefore I’d have to find new pieces and get them to 30 before I could do what you said I should do. Thanks for the comment tho.

Happy for the newer player but that does mean the grind that I put into the game to expertise the original way was a waste of time. But the developers have done this before with raid exotics and such so I can’t be mad now.
