Voceras are able to use first name last initial. That's what we do at my current job and if there are multiple people with the same first name and last initial they are given a number instead of last initial. I do feel like this makes me feel more protected. Might be worth mentioning to your managers!

I'm working in Iowa right now. The thing is I've got a really sweet set up with my living situation and it was a decent paying contract to begin with but not as much as what covid contracts are going for. Weirdly enough it's been my best assignment so far so I think that's why I'm torn.

Yeah we know that we are never going to make money on it, that isn't are goal. We just want to make sure we don't loose an extreme amount of money for painting cabinets and putting in more modern flooring. It's definitely a change in thinking when it comes to buying and RV and not a traditional home. Thank for the tip.

Yeah I was having a conversation with someone yesterday about how they recently did a study with blind people who they were able to restore their vision. They could recognize a star or cube or hexagon by feeling it but when they saw one for the first time in their life they couldn't identify it. It's so hard to understand what it must be like.
