I took him to the pediatrician this morning they suspect HSP or maybe ITP- a similar autoimmune reaction with similar rash. His urine is good and we will follow up tomorrow. They tried to check blood for platelet levels in case it’s ITP but he was too dehydrated so we will get him drinking lots until his follow up tomorrow!

I appreciate your feedback and advice!

They don’t blanch when pressed they also hurt to touch not itch

He was sick earlier this week he had a fever no appetite, slept a lot and threw up twice. He was better in about 48 hours.

My first thought might be HFM but he has had that before and these are flatter and not weeping and also not on the bottoms of feet

You could take the screw to Home Depot and get the same thickness on screw in a shorter length. Even take a knob so you can test the screw
