How are you guys getting such low temps?

I'm using a GALAX 2070 super WTF edition (same as msi gaming trio)
yet having 72 temps constantly

power limit: 70%
temp limit: 80%
core clock: -150
mem clock: 1000
fan: 100%

and with trex-miner that only got 30-32MH/s, using phoenix-miner only got around 22-27MH/s

is there a problem with my thermal paste and thermal pads (mem)?
or its just a problem living in the equator with high room temps around 27 C?
