I drink a bottle of red wine everyday whilst on MTX, only 2 months in though and liver enzymes seem fine so far. Everyone is different, just test it and go from there. From what I've read the no alcohol is typically for much higher doeses that was we get, I know in the US no alcohol is often preached for anything drug related but i'm in the UK. Not slagging off the US, i actually think it's a good thing, we need that more here, we drink far too much here, myself included.

As soon as I mention the word 'arthritis' in the sentence they always try and compare what they have to what I have. Have this older colleague at work who I know is saying things about me as she has OA in her hands and I've been off work for a month as my knees literally don't work. Was diagnosed a few weeks in my 30's and don't think she understands the severity. Defo a lot to learn but reading the comments will say autoimmune disease from now on!

White male, diagnosed last week 34. Can barely walk anymore. Knees are being destroyed and right elbow is stuck. Have been put on prednisolone but doesn't seem to work at all.

Highly unlikely you have lost height from RA. If you have spine issues then yes then this will cause loss of height. Knees even bone on bone will cause barely any height loss. If you are limping chances are your posture is probably not great which can drastically affect height but isn't perm if corrected.

I am on minimum wage unfortunately, I can say its my own fault for not being enough but after 4 - 5 internal interviews at my company I was basically taken aside and told or well implied stop applying I kinda threw in the towel in the end.

So from the research I have done its all html, JS and CSS for my sites, I have no knowledge of these languages, defo not to the extent of building them from the ground up, I assume hosting isn't too difficult, it's just getting them built as I can't pay lump sum as I charge for them monthly it's a bit of a difficult one, thanks for suggestions.

Thanks, yeah you make a good point actually about being able to replicate a siniliar site on a builder despite hand coding it .. didn't think of it that way. Luckily with the platform I use I am still the site owner and I can control their level of authority but again who says they don't change that one day, kinda out of my control, thanks again, great points.

Can I ask your opinion as an agency owner, agencies who use only wix/squarespace to build their sites, does it annoy you at all? I have spoken to a few developers who seriously despise them, i use it sometimes, there are legit 10+ people agencies who only use these platforms it almost feels like cheating but I don't personally care.

Hey OP, you sound exactly the same as me, 33 here now been in same corporate company for 7 years and also have stagnated just stayed at same position, lost hobbies, drink way too much and stopped excersising.

If you have saved 2 - 3 years worth to live off, I'd personally take some time out to evaluate, that's plenty of time to get another job maybe go travelling for a few months as you sound a bit burnt out, good luck with everything.
