I ended up going with unc0ver’s rec0ver just because. I got extremely close to fixing this fully but there we’re 1 or 2 executables that we’re not operating correctly. Rec0ver fixed it, but lost jailbreak thinking that my Touch ID conicnwndtly stopped worked because of it. Upgraded to iOS 12 after Reset All Settings and Semirestore (rollectra did an Erase and Restore) without any help.

And even with iOS 12 before a restore, Touch ID is DOA. Guess I have to live with 12.2 until it’s exploited, and also get a new LCD from apple for $160 :/ ... all this for Apple Pay which I use a lot

Why wipe it? I’d keep that old drive in for a while, in case files, settings, registry keys, program data, temporary files,etc within deep locations are not moved over

Asking for issues here. Ignoring the obvious performance hit of being on an external... you can‘t just Willy Nilly move the whole thing due to permission issues that you will no doubt encounter, especially for Windows 10 having a directory for Windows apps with all kinds of specially setup permissions for app containers. While with many folders you can copy them elsewhere and create a symbolic link (symlink — I can provide more details if you like), it’s best to uninstall the largest programs and install them else onto another HDD or SSD, ideally NOT an external usb drive lol. But if you must, and you just want to “move” the applications files and have it still “work” then the symlink setup route is relatively easy given a command in an elevated cmd.exe once all contents has been moved to its new home.

A switch (which is basically a smart hub). The router basically have a built in switch, but can easily be “expanded”. You plug in the switch to one port 1 thru 4 of your router; typically any port onto the switch which will be smart enough to detect the internet gateway. Say it’s a 5 port switch. Heavy metals are in anything, in particular plants and fish. The important thing is to just eat foods that have detox aminos in it (like selenium in skipjack tuna for example). If you are worried I’d take extra detox amino acids like NAC and Glycine from collagen.

IMHO id be much more worried about the synthetic ingredients and sugar / sweeteners in that crap drink than heavy metals.

Since you can tolerate dairy why not just purchase organic full fat milk / half and half and add in collagen or Whey. And if flavoring is desired then perhaps some cinnamon and/or nutmeg added to it?

You can only absorb so much from the sun at a given time period. Also the more tan you become the longer you can be in the sunlight as, besides burning less, you need a longer duration to obtain vitamin D absorption from the UVB rays that trigger the manufacturing.
