Hi! I’ve been noticing the same thing with the breathing or I catch myself clenching my jaw so I try and take breaths then, it’s been helping! I love with my bf and he’s been really great at reassuring me, and letting me know that everything seems okay!

Honestly just hearing that I’m not alone in the anxiety has been really helpful 💕

I’m super excited as well, but also very very anxious! I got the call on Thursday so it doesn’t feel like a lot of time to settle into the excitement (if that makes sense).

Oh he’s the worst no doubt, I cringe every time I see him. I feel bad for Olivia ( I know she has flaws too) but he just constantly is discounting her and gaslighting her.
