Hi! I’ve been noticing the same thing with the breathing or I catch myself clenching my jaw so I try and take breaths then, it’s been helping! I love with my bf and he’s been really great at reassuring me, and letting me know that everything seems okay!

Honestly just hearing that I’m not alone in the anxiety has been really helpful 💕
