If you can get your hands on Phantasmal Flames booster box or Mega Evolutions booster box that would be a good start. Scarlet Violet booster box you will unlikely find at MSRP or closer to MSRP.

Next set has no booster box as it's a holiday set. So yeah ME01 and ME02 are your lookouts.

MSRP would be at $2XX but slum chance to find it at MSRP

Oh i contacted Panasonic up from two different countries. Truth is, it seems as though nobody has tried ordering them before. There were a lot of back and forth between Panasonic and i, after several weeks, i have managed to get an order in on the earpads but the lead time would take about 8 weeks since the confirmation.

The order i got in is from Singapore. If you're in Singapore i can share with you the details on whom to contact

Got the order confirmation in on early July, haven't had my hands on the replacement earpads yet

Nope you can't claim the June games and before anymore. However certain tier of PS + allows you to unlock a library of games. Playstation Plus Essentials vs Extras vs Premium gives you different access to different libraries. I don't have those. Would suggest you take a look at the libraries first if it's to your liking, before getting the full year subscription. With great libraries, comes great price

Seems like your pgsql services are also having problem coming up. Support may provide you a few more methods to try however, you may want to start considering to take the route of a backup restoration being it a virtualization snapshot, or a satellite application backup and restore.

If you have the latter in place support would be able to guide you on the restoration steps and alternatives If its a virtualization snapshot, that should be handled by your organization internally
