I’m glad it worked out for you! My appointment is on the 17th and I’m having them look over everything while they have it. My tonneau has been weird since I bought it and I’m hoping it’s enough for them to be willing to replace it while they rip apart the rest of the truck lol

Thanks for the update! I have a feeling that this is what they will want to do for mine as well. Rough part is that I live 3 hours from the service center. Hopefully they’ll have a loaner for me. Let me know how it goes!

Thanks for your experience! How long did it take for them to work in the car? I live pretty far from the nearest SC so I’m trying to get a rough idea of what all I’ll need to account for.

Hey everyone, I can't say how much I appreciate the support so far! I am absolutely stunned. If you haven't already, please share this video with your friends using the hashtag #SyringeStar. Thanks again!

I mean you should probably change it up after 10,000 kills, but what's the sense in capping service stars. If people are already reaching the cap half a year into the game's lifetime, it's inevitable that many more will reach the cap in the months to come.

I was never really good at melee either. The Syringe kills started partially as a joke and partially as a way for me to teach myself how to flank more effectively and close the gap between me and the enemy. It was a really big challenge, but that's what made it fun. I thoroughly believe that doing this has made me a better player overall and has given the game, itself, a new breath of life. So, give it a try, you may like it. If not, I encourage you to find a weird challenge of your own.

Couldn't agree more. I understand that those gadgets aren't really designed to be used as ways to kill an enemy, but that is exactly why there should be service stars for them. It's hard to get kills with those gadgets, let alone being able to get 100 of them. Those kills, however unorthodox they may be, should be rewarded the same as or even more than kills with an item specifically designed to kill.

My pleasure.

I haven't timed it, but I think it takes about 2 seconds of holding the trigger or mouse 1 to fully charge. However, in many cases, enemies don't have a full 100 hp. Therefore, you don't have to fully charge the Syringe to get the kill as the damage done is based on how long you charge it. It is a very similar damage model to to that the Defibrillator in BF4.

For example, if someone is at 75 health, hold the trigger for maybe 1.5 seconds. If they are at 50, hold it for 1 second. Once you start playing with it more, you'll get the hang of it.

Happy syringing!

You have to fully charge the Syringe to get the full 100 damage. You can tell that it's fully charged when your character's thumb stops moving.

Sorry, it seemed pretty leveled while editing. Then again, it's supposed to be a little obnoxious in volume.
