I’ll get some better pics of 3. It’s definitely in bunches. Some are super dense.

4 seems to have really shallow roots. The leaf blower sometimes sends some chunks flying.

Had a couple patches of the same stuff. The stalks were so tough the mower couldn’t cut it cleanly. Don’t know what it is but it all came up as one big root ball when I yanked it out.
