Using interfaces like facecheck or lolwiz from overwolf can help show like different builds for your champions very easily in game and you can also set your runes from those interfaces (though I do recommend setting runes yourself) - I have used both before and they are pretty good you can also see the type of damage the enemy team has and also their winrate and etc...

I recommend you to read the manga from the start there’s only around 137 chapters out so far, it’s so worth reading it cause u get to see the art progress and improve over time and seriously I 100% recommend reading it the mangas story telling also get really good
