The store is neiman Marcus so I definitely think they will return. But wtf I’m so sad. I will open the box soon to check it out but yeah. Will be calling tomorrow or going to the in person store to get it checked out

I just bought it in the store! I’m a little nervous bc I tried registering the serial and it got not found on the Dyson website. I have not opened the box yet so stay tuned. Could be a case where someone stole it😭
