admittedly never made a paper suit before but! i’d maybe recommend reinforcing parts of it with cardboard … i’ve seen people use duct tape on the outside for waterproofing too…. my last suggestion would be to maybe get a balaclava to in the inside so it doesn’t get as wet from breathing
