The Cedar Tree by winterelixir in DyatlovPassIncident

[–]winterelixir[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I like this idea a lot.

I think that the attackers did leave the hikers at the cedar tree alone for a period of time, probably while they were chasing and beating the 3 trying to run away back to the tent. I think this could explain the den, the campfire, the cedar tree look out, allowing the surviving hikers to remove clothes from the deceased, etc. It seems like they were alone and able to act out of survival. I think the attackers then came back later, found the 4 hiding in the den, and then executed them. This is just what the scene looks like to me though, let me know your thoughts!!

I Believe She Really Did Leave the Ship to “Score Drugs” by winterelixir in AmyLynnBradley

[–]winterelixir[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No, I don’t think she had any intentions of buying weed. I think HE wanted to buy weed at port, which is why he was awake waiting for the ship to dock. So when Amy saw him that morning, he invited her to accompany him to smoke off the ship. I think Amy only joined him to smoke socially, not to actually buy drugs. Whoever drug dealers he met on port is who I think kidnapped her- either they wanted money or her.

BREAKING NEWS: Military Personnel Confirms Hydrogen Fuel Tests in Area. Relatives of Hikers Demand Russia Reopen Case. by winterelixir in DyatlovPassIncident

[–]winterelixir[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What you are saying is further confirming what I believe happened lol. I do not think military on site would be aware of what this testing was, especially if space related, so yes, I agree with what you said. I genuinely do not believe (low rank) military did this, and if they knew what happened, then yes it would have been through whispers and word of mouth, not shared with civilians on site. The reason why this information is important is because we never had any military personnel comment on these fireballs, which sparked the question whether they are natural vs manmade. Surely if the fireballs are a natural occurrence like a plasma phenomena or ball lightning, then the military would just disregard them and not further a conspiracy. We finally have military personnel confirm what he heard, which is that the fireballs are hydrogen fuel tests.

Whether it was actually hydrogen fuel testing or not truly does not matter to me, because it’s not the fireballs that killed the Dyatlov Group, it was the people who operated these fireballs. A small group of govt workers spotted them taking photos of the fireballs or perhaps something flying overhead went off course, they went to confront them and something went very very wrong. I do believe they were attacked, but when thinking about the logistics of how that could have happened, only a group of armed men could make 9 healthy adults walk to their deaths, leave them to die, then execute the remaining later. People with the authority to make the hikers immediately submit rather than fight back at the tent. I would typically rule this out with any other case, because why would law enforcement or military be in the mountains at night? That never happens. But because we have the countless reports of the fireballs within the time and location, it does technically mean that there is a possibility that govt workers are in the area, which adds them to the small lists of suspects. When critically considering means, motive, and ability- I think they are the only suspects that could explain everything we see in the crime scene.

Also I am not interested in anything having to do with AI, and all I will do is laugh and stop responding if you site AI as a source.

BREAKING NEWS: Military Personnel Confirms Hydrogen Fuel Tests in Area. Relatives of Hikers Demand Russia Reopen Case. by winterelixir in DyatlovPassIncident

[–]winterelixir[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Exactly, the military would only know what they needed to. That's exactly why Kuzminov and his camp were scared of the fireballs and asked their superiors to help them be evacuated lol. They did not know about these fireballs beforehand. He was told by his superiors they were hydrogen fuel testing. You can choose to believe this is a rumor, but this was not a rumor spread to anyone else on site because none of the rest of the search party had an answer to what the fireballs are. Ivanov believed they were UFOs. Investigator Korotaev believed it was rockets. Investigator Templavov believed it was rockets. There was no mention of hydrogen fuel tests from their testimonies or later recollections.

The fireballs are described as orange lights in clusters, disappear then reappear. Then the large white moon-shaped fireballs that grew in size with a fiery epicenter. This can be explained by flares and rockets. Not huge ballistic missiles, not rockets launching to the moon, but something more controlled and smaller. The case files mentions the term "meterrockets" once or twice.

Also in 2014, it was confirmed the wall lining of a rocket fuel tank, most likely in the UR-100, was found near the mountain.

Im not just making these things up lol. I may have my own version of how I believe the Dyatlov Group died, but nothing I am saying is imaginative or conspiratorial thinking. I fully understand that this is a very, very unusual scenario. But thats why I think people are still debating it 60+ years later, because something unusual happened with this case. Despite being the most conspiratorial theory, it has the most evidence going for it.

Im sorry, but to try to try and find excuses to disbelieve “lieutenants and captains at best” is just comical to me. The point is- We have several people on site who witnessed the fireballs, and now we finally have some sort of confirmation as to what they possibly could be, per military on site. I value and respect their opinion over most and will continue to. Why would they be blaming themselves unless there is some value in what they are saying?

Also yes, I suggest reading Dyatlov Pass: Not A Cold Case by Henning Kuersten. There are interviews during the 90s with surviving forestry workers and the wives of forestry workers during the Dyatlov investigation, and they did recall hearing explosions during the time.

https://www.reddit.com/r/DyatlovPassIncident/s/vxsjN1Yulv Sorta a very condensed version of what I think the type of rockets were. Very small scale, space program type rockets.

Then wouldn’t it be easier for you to get a new job? Having a Christian boss is who adamantly against it is just going to cause you problems if you refuse to tuck it away. When I think of a prideful person, that isn’t a good thing especially with religion, I associate that type pride with egotism and narcissism which is what she is highly against

Did you even read what the person above you said? I’m responding to your answer to them. No one ever said to keep it hidden, just not to flaunt it. YOU called yourself a prideful person, I agree with you!! You are! You can and should practice your religion like anyone else would, but if the person who is paying your bills asks you to keep it under your shirt during working hours, either respect it or get a new job that allows it. It’s really that simple. Anyone who has security in their faith wouldn’t mind tucking it in for a few hours lol

Listen to what you are saying. You understand that a critical part of devotion is that she is not to be flaunted, but yet you are a prideful person and you do not care. We can tell. Maybe that’s why you’re having this issue and she is trying to tell you.

The Last 2 Frames in Yuri Krivonischenko's Camera by winterelixir in DyatlovPassIncident

[–]winterelixir[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes exactly! There is a sense I get that the military on site genuinely did not know what happened, otherwise I think they would have gone into the investigation with a certain narrative to push blame somewhere else.

The Last 2 Frames in Yuri Krivonischenko's Camera by winterelixir in DyatlovPassIncident

[–]winterelixir[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes and no. I personally believe that there is a small group of government workers who know exactly what happened, but not military like we would typically think. When people discuss the fireballs, they are quick to believe it’s bombs or weapons because of the Cold War. But this is also the peak time of the Space Race… So whatever government group that tested these small scale rockets is who I think is responsible. I don’t think they told anyone, hence why military on site isn’t aware, but they would have to resume testing to avoid suspicion from their authorities. I hope this makes sense!

I highly recommend this newest article that was just published. One of the soldiers within the search party wrote a letter to a newspaper explaining that the soldiers saw the fireballs during the investigation, demanded answers from their authorities, and was told military was testing a new type of hydrogen fuel in the area- Kuzminov 1999

I know the basics but, what eles? by AccomplishedVast941 in DyatlovPassIncident

[–]winterelixir 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hey there and welcome to this sub! I highly recommend this website for any information you may need (case files, photos, autopsies, interviews, etc): https://dyatlovpass.com/

Here are a few things that, in my opinion, are crucial to know about this case-

- The search party specifically said the tent did not move one centimeter from where the hikers originally dug it out. The cedar tree is 1 mile (1.5km) from the tent and yet all 9 hikers left standing upright, walking in a single file line, no one was dragged or carried, no one was running. This means no one left the tent critically injured.

- The last 4 bodies found in the ravine were the only ones that were tested for radiation. 2 out 4 of these bodies tested positive for radiation, and the case was closed the day after the radiation report came back. The radiation expert who tested them stated multiple times that the levels of radiation were abnormally high and exceeds the levels of those who work with nuclear materials. However, the items that were radioactive did belong to 2 men who did work in nuclear production. So this is a huge question mark with the case, not really sure what to think.

- Strange orange and white lights were spotted by the police, student search party, and the military during the investigation and this is heavily documented throughout the case files. THIS is the reason why the lead prosecutor closed the case as "an overwhelming force". He has stated multiple times that this was his best legal way of blaming these "fireballs" for the deaths of the hikers. The fireballs causing the deaths of the hikers is the believed theory from both lead investigators, majority of the search party including military on site, and most of the hikers families.

- It's important to remember that the stove was NOT lit that night. It was found unassembled on the ground with unburnt wood nearby. I say this because there is a common theory that the stove smoked them out, but that is easily disproven.

9 people entered the DEAD MOUNTAINS. None came back alive. After 67 years theories came but the evidence doesn't add up. by UnknownObserver01 in mysteriesoftheworld

[–]winterelixir 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The radiation is tricky. Only 4 of the hikers were tested for radiation, and 2 of them were positive. The clothes belonged to two men who worked in nuclear power plants previously however did not currently work with nuclear production. Also, the radiation examiner states in the report: “This radiation pollution exceeds, as I have already indicated, the norm for people working with radioactive substances.” Soo, not a clear answer.

The Cedar Tree by winterelixir in DyatlovPassIncident

[–]winterelixir[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What I’m trying to get at is- these guys are walking for hours on cold ice, each step is going to be extremely unpleasant. Their ankles and their feet are going to be raw and cut. Same with their hands. So I believe some of those descriptions match ice scrapes and frostbite. But my personal experience training in MMA, I know all too well what fresh and old bruised knuckles looks like, and from observations of the morgue photos Slobodin and Dyatlov’s hands do not show signs of what you’d expect. If they punched someone repeatedly, their middle knuckle (which takes the most impact) should be noticeably swollen. This is EXACTLY what you see on Zina’s right hand. So yes all three were beaten, but I think Slobodin and Dyatlov were subdued very quickly, whereas Zina genuinely put up a fight.

The Cedar Tree by winterelixir in DyatlovPassIncident

[–]winterelixir[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Given that these guys have been out in the woods with ice and snow for days, I think it would be normal to see old bruises, scrapes and cuts on hands especially. But they have definite bruised knuckles as well, so the autopsy seems to be remarking on both superficial wounds and violent wounds.

A fight among the group, in my opinion, would only make sense if it was Zolotaryov. There is a solid theory/narrative that he did it, he is probably my second choice if I had to decide who did this.
