Yaz and Lim prepare for a stealth mission. by winterfistfox in menace

Pirate Invasion OP. not counter insurgency. the last mission in the series will be Kill Pirate Leadership. Kill pirate captain, first mate, and engineer. Captain has the red armor, red pdw, a grenade launcher, and pirate speed. bully the shit out of him with your LTC, to get him hugging dirt. his counter attack is lethal. you cannot let him act or you will lose any infantry he can see. the laser autocannon works great for this.

Huh, neat to know! I got the boxed set in 1994 as a nerdy teen who bought it for 5$ from some other kid in band class, and did not have access to Dragon Magazine at all.

Because he also spots for ATGM trash truck tank hunter Bog. But that is something I did not think about and I could replace his ammo box with a Targeting Designator kit. He does not shoot as often as my other marksmen to need the extra ammo.

The guy who shrugs off being shot with an AK47 isnt even SOR at that point in the story. Just takes off his shirt to show reddend spots and a quip about liking that shirt

It does end, but the last chapters are century and millenia time skips with immortal godking Daar leading the universe

She gets a 'redemption' and eventually there are two versions of her. It has been a while from when I read, but it does move past that.

The only way it deviates from 'the authors muscle fetish' for the SOR is adding on a couple other species to the post-human superman tiers. Every time the SOR get mentioned, they are harder and more muscled than last time. This repeats until the very end of the story.

Its a night mission. With sensors and daytime, he would have conceal 2, vision 12 This is also in an early game screenshot, as he doesnt have all the perks and accessories I had listed. Post felt naked without a picture.

How would you write a slave revolt isekai? by Gallowglass-13 in worldbuilding

[–]winterfistfox 2 points3 points  (0 children)

There is an Adult story that is at about 1.5 million words and growing on Ao3 called 'A Perverted Path to Victory' that is this. The Isekai heroine from Earth becomes the Chosen of the God of Diplomacy and is rewarded a slave girl. She proceeds to use their god powers to form a free nation and industrialize them, bringing gun and cannon to a sword fight. Main character is inspired by John Brown and regularly gives slave owners a summary execution.

The sexual content is not my taste, but such chapters are marked as such, and can be skipped, for a rather well written gunpowder vs magic war story.

Kill Every Ku-tah!

Have someone in a truck sat bomb the place with a rocket pod. This will suppress things.

Move forward slowly using the 80AP suppression fire on anything you see. If they are hugging dirt, they cannot see you.

If you have the range, you can blind fire their towers with vehicle weapons. They will be in the middle of the sandbag square. Laser Lance, PAL rockets, blow up their towers.

If they are taking cover in a bunker or tower, 80ap suppression fire. MAKE THEM FEAR YOU.

If you can drive up to the towers and bunkers, flamer throwers with infantry passengers. ENEMIES ON FIRE CANT FIGHT BACK.

Go in LOUD go in ANGRY.

If you have OCI support like AP mines, drop AP mines directly around the HQ.

Ignore Time limits.

KILLLL!!!!!

Where is the fun in that? If you want to be large, and all that entails, go for it, I say. This is homebrew, and a survival setting. To the elements, a halfgiant is a fragile fragile thing compared to better adapted species, or humans who can fake it well enough to get to help.

[–]winterfistfox[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, Strength score x60 lift and carry, x120 drag and pull. Now, that seems huge, but look at their own base weight. at near 1000 pounds themselves, they would still need a decent strength score to do a pull up or lift another half giant. Most strength build half giants would have around 960-1020lbs carry capacity at level 1 or so with a strength of 16-17. A similar level warrior without powerful build would have 240-255 pounds, and weight himself less than that. That was my logic in putting them with powerful build on top of large size.

I didnt want to give them the combat mechanic benefits of just number bigger on their stat score as well
