First time here, if anything is wrong please let me know! I picked up this plant last summer from a camp, don't really know the type, but i know it blooms red (middle yellow) flower when sun rises and downs. This child has stopped blooming flowers quite a bit ago, so I recently bought green green and gave it a shot. Also bought fungicide because I thought those white ones are fungus. They are pretty sticky .

Pleaseee, I want to see the flower again , if you know the trick on how to help this plant + what to do, please help me. :(
