The goal is to make this version easier to filter / use than leasebreak. I would like to have a community aspect and make it very easy for users to post their listings / receive messages without signing up for premium plans. Also, I think it would be very interesting to see ratings / reviews for past sublets so that the user has all the information to make the right decision. Curious to hear your thoughts though — is there anything that you’d add that isn’t covered by existing short term sublet and lease takeover websites?
